The hotel was a super base for enjoying a wonderful area, just off transport and jain food as well as the Oman mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and excellent co-operating, the breakfast was delicious with lots offood. The location was good and easy, for example, Diana's Point was not too far from the property.

Greatly enjoyed its courteous and enthusiastic staff.
Everything was simply perfect. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous and had plenty of meals. The rooms were clean and we could park onsite. The location of this hotel adjacent to Jebel Akhdar and more outdoor activities like valley ball court and transport and jain food was marvellous and lovely.

The staff were enthusiastic, helped with the concierge service and housekeeping. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe box, TV, and a microwave oven. The views of the surrounding mountains were particularly good: D

Great choice for trip. An absolutely amazing hotel in Al 'Ayn with WONDERFUL staff with a smile and providing the best available service. Marvellous location, good area, close enough to Jabal Akhdar or Jabal Shams and the surrounding mountains and focus on enjoying the stay. Delicious and great breakfast, a wide range of options available.

The room was comfy and fantastic in general, in front of your window. Its location was great, just off the adventure park and the restaurant upstairs and transport and jain food. Also, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Diana's Point.

Whole place was fairly clean with good views; marvellous location in the adventure park. The room was clean and immaculate and had private bathroom plus a microwave oven, an electric kettle and kitchenware. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi.
